The breakfast was awesome with homemade cakes and breads.

Our bed was a bit uncomfortable. I found the room too bright because of the illuminated switches, and it detracted from the overall ambiance I hoped for. I faced challenges with the WiFi connection being spotty, frustrating .

The breakfast was lovely with fresh squeezed juice and fruits, the staff was very good and kind.

comfortable bed in double room with an individual safe, climate control, and a minibar. a bath in the bathroom. location so close to the railway station, lovely cafes and san francesco. a lot of food options not too far from the venue.

The hosts, Lia and Carmine, provide an really good level of hospitality. The remodeling mixes ancient stone with modern touches, giving the place a unique ambiance. The rooftop terrace offers serene views of the city.

The room was reasonably spacious and fabulous with all amenities. The vibe here was quiet. The staff was amicable & very good...

My room included central heating, pay TV and a laptop-size safe. Appreciated views over courtyard. It had awesome location, close enough to the historic centre and lovely cafes. It also was close to everything.

This charming place provides easy access to the historic center, surrounded by good restaurants and attractions. The rooms are magnificent, blending medieval spirit with modern comforts.

the only issue was with the WiFi connection (it was a bit spotty). breakfast was a feast with several types of fresh pastries, the rooftop terrace was perfect for sunsets, and our room was beautifully decorated with modern touches (loved the mix of styles! ).

Breakfast exceeds expectations with a good array of homemade pastries and fresh vegetables, complemented by rich coffee. The rooftop terrace offers fine views. The WiFi connection could be spotty at times, and the room, while comfortable, could benefit from better sound isolation due to the proximity to lively streets.

The breakfast is beyond expectations, a feast! the shower lacks a door and creates a mess.

Amazing stay in Assisi!

Had such a blast at this charming place! The hosts, Lia and Carmine. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the unique decor. The breakfast spread was very nice, fresh pastries galore! Just a heads up, WiFi isn't the best, but who needs it with views from the rooftop terrace?

Staying at portica10 bed & breakfast was fantastic! Lea and carmine made sure we was like family. The location is perfect, right in the center. The breakfast was really good, with delicious homemade options every day, including fresh eggs cooked just how we liked them.

The sunny terrace provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day of meetings. The hosts, Carmine and Lia, were warm and cute.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the historic center, the square, and the cathedral, and the staff were outstanding, with our modern unit equipped with air conditioning.

I really enjoyed my stay in a twin room with air conditioning at this hotel, which is in a fantastic and convenient location near the Cathedral and the historic center.
